Italian Summer Picnic

Saturday, 11th July, 4:30 - 6:30 pm

We are now taking reservations for the upcoming July 11th cooking class that will be conducted by Chef Matthew Murphy.

With the warm summer months and array of outdoor activities, we thought an appropriate theme for this next class would be to present simple, delicious dishes that would work well for a picnic or a simple summer meal at home.

Chef Matthew's menu will consist of the following:

- Broccoli Rabe Salad - a version of a classic Pugliese pasta dish
- Antipasti Salad
- Marinated Seafood Salad
- Giambotta - a quick stew of fresh summer produce in a rich tomato broth that can be served either warm or room temperature
- Panelle - chickpea fritters with freshly grated Piave cheese, marinated cherry tomatoes, chopped parsley and paired with one of two sauces.

The course will include suggested wine pairings and recipes. Participants will get 10% off any purchases they make after the class; and of course, you get to sample the courses!

The cost is $20/person. Space is limited so make your reservations today.

Mastercard) are accepted. The deadline to sign up or cancel is July 7th.
Cancellations after this date will relinquish their registration fee.
